Carpet air cushion table AIRMaster

Product description
The AIRMaster air blowing table uses an air cushion system to lift material above the tabletop, reducing friction and enabling smooth movement during handling operations such as hemming or transfer to a cutter. Individual blowers can be switched on or off as required. The modular design allows creation of custom table sizes. The table is suitable for moving light and small quantities of material; heavier or larger items (carpets, runners) may require the AIRMaster PRO variant.

Construction and design
Built on a light yet very stiff powder-coated steel frame, the tabletop is 25 mm thick with 2 mm PVC edging for durability and safe operation. Table height is adjustable on legs. Electrical components are configured for 230 V supply.

Usage
For small carpets, hemming can be performed by a single operator. For large surfaces over 15 m2, an additional operator may be needed. Selective blower operation improves handling control and energy use.
