Precleaning Separator SPR The precleaning separator is a machine applied for the precleaning of the grains that guarantees the separation of the grains from large dimension foreign matters like: paper, large stones, iron, and so on. The machine consists of a metallic box in which a cylinder spins on a metallic mesh equipped with a special spiral fixed on an internal wall of the cylinder itself. Its rotation is carried out by an endless screw motor reducer with power transmission. The product is fed through the superior inlet of the machine and it is then canalized towards the central part of the spinning cylinder. The conic shape and the rotation of the cylinder assure the separation of the impurities which are directed to the proper outlet. There is a pipe, on the upper side of the machine, for the connection with aspiration system.
