Description

SANWOOD climatic chambers play a primary role offering the possibility to conduct tests in controlled temperature and humidity conditions similar to those a battery may encounter over the course of its operating lifetime. Model :SM-800-CC-FB-2 Inner size:W*H*D 1000*1000*800mm Working volume:800 Structure and Characteristics: 1.Optional safety device like explosion-proof chain, Pressure relief port, Rare gas detector,CO2 fire extinguishing system,Air ventilation exhaust and inlet device,Dupont painting ETC., 2.Continuous uninterrupted working time ≥1000h under the test conditions of 140℃ 3.Equipped with an explosion-proof pressure relief port 4.The smoke flame sensor detects the smoke flame and fire extinguishing system 5.Equipped with explosion-proof chains,insulation layer using aluminum silicate insulation and insulation material. 6.It’s composed of the chamber, refrigeration systems, heating systems, air circulation system and control system.       7.It’s made of SUS#304 stainless steel material,the outer shell adopts A3 steel plate,surface electrostatic spraying.            8.Refrigeration system adopts original France "Taikang"            9.The system of heating up, heating down, can be operated independently so as to reduce the cost of testing, 10.With larger transparent viewing window and lighting inside to observe the test. 11.Door seal adopts silicone rubber material 12.With various of safety protection device such as leakage and outage protection,compressor overpressure protection.
