3D AXI (Automatic X-ray Inspection) in-line inspection system is based on plannar CT to realize the connection with the production line and perform 100% rapid full xray 3D CT testing and automatic scan/analysis and output the testing report. Such system is especially for the quality control of invisible welding joints such as BGA and pressfit connector. It has an excellent 3D image and reliably detects defects such as voids, bridges, HiP etc. in the BGA, QFN, PTH, Pressfit connector, IGBT module, and other terminated parts.
