Saratoga VIP is an acrylic based adhesive with exceptional initial grab (>150Kg/sq.m) that allows heavy assemblages of various materials without using of any mechanical fasteners. Saratoga VIP is of white colour, without solvents, varnished, anti-mould, odourless, for inner and external use, with a very good gap filling capacity and a very valid adhesion on the most common materials used in building. It is particularly indicated for the fixation of the insulating and decorated panels, for the wood panels, matchboards, baseboards, rosettes, plates and decorations and for the restoration of tiles, etc. Technical Characteristics: Thixotropic, non sag. Tooling time 10 min*. Curing time 24-48 h*. Application temperature +5/+40C. Temperature resistance -30/+80C. (*These values can undergo variations compared to the surfaces, the temperature, humidity and the quantity applied). Application: At least one of two surfaces must be porous. It is applied with gun on the compact surfaces, cleaned, dried, dust free and greaseless. Apply it on one of the parts to join, pressing with strength in uniform mode. The parts can be positioned again within 5 minutes. On the bases and the tiles apply some points of adhesive, while on the matchboards and panels apply in “X” way - in right or corrugated bands for better developing the initial grab. Is inadvisable the use of the product on unvarnished metal surfaces, bituminous surfaces, or in permanent contact with water or high humidity.
