Description

The container tipper is a system designed to tilt 40-ft containers vertically. The system is based on a robust chassis on which the shipping container is placed. Hydraulic cylinders then tilt the chassis to the required angle of inclination. The tilt angle can range from 0° to 60°. Thanks to the effect of gravity, this shipping container tipper enables rapid, optimised and safe loading of 40-ft containers in their entirety. An ideal solution for maximising container loading. For a continuous loading solution for bulk products (granular products, waste, etc.), the container tipper can be combined with a conveyor belt elevator. Our range of container tippers includes several models adapted to your needs, including a 2-in-1 model which allows the tipping of 20-ft and 40-ft containers. Some technical specifications: - Tipper container lenght: 12.27m - Tipper container width: 2.61m - Tipper height with a 40’ container tilted at 40°: 9.98m - Maximum tilt of a 40’ container: 40°. - Adjustable tilting by 2 telescopic cylinders equipped with parachute valve to prevent pressure losses and oil leaks. - 30 Kw motorised hydraulic unit powered by a three-phase electric motor. - 5 emergencies stop button for operator safety. - Container locking device. - Complies with EC standards according to directive 2006/42 EC Annex II-1-A on stand-alone equipment.
