Overview

A product arriving damaged has two consequences: customer disappointment and costly returns and replacements. The PAC 600® range is designed to protect fragile and high value-added items from palletization to delivery through a very strong box concept and perfect wedging of products. The range offers forming machines and optional film-based wedging/shrink-wrapping to produce impact- and stacking-resistant packages without bulky cushioning materials.

PAC 600® BOX

Our PAC 600® forming machines create very strong boxes compatible with thick corrugated cardboard. This solution minimizes cardboard flaps and produces packaging that is highly impact- and stacking-resistant, suitable for heavy goods and palletization.

PAC 600® FILM

PAC 600® also provides high-quality wedging using heat sealing and shrink film during box formation. The automated film solution ensures very high-quality wedging, tamper-proof packaging and strong immobilization of products during transport.

Cost-effective packaging

PAC 600® is stronger than many other packaging types for the same cardboard quality, enabling reduced use of cardboard and elimination of additional cushioning consumables when combined with JIVARO. This leads to lower consumable costs and simpler sorting for consumers (film and cardboard can be separated and recycled).

Yes. The PE films used by PAC 600 are considered recyclable and current PE film offerings contain about 50% recycled material, meeting 2030 recycled-content targets and anticipating future requirements.

Yes. PAC 600 cardboard uses less material than common alternatives (trays, American boxes); the film replaces bulky cushioning materials; and combined with JIVARO it further reduces material use.

Is the final packaging easy for consumers to sort?
