Tank made of nitrided stainless steel built into 3 parts for easy disassembly
Double blade made of nitrided stainless steel Ø 60 mm width 60 mm
Blade geometry to define :Standard masticatory blades
Additional set of blades optional
About 300 cc volume depending on the geometry of the blades.
Transmission gear between the 2 shafts, speed ratio of 1.2 in standard blades (can be changed on request)
Bronze bearings, PTFE sealing ring on the drive shafts of the blades
Cover with the lid with sensor to detect opening device, preventing rotation of the blades
Pneumatic cylinder for pressurizing the product in the tank: pressure adjustable from 0 to 5 bars
