Description
Pipe winding machine for negative cells
ScarioWind ensures maximum adherence of the piping to the cell, thanks to 3 CNC interpolated axes with zone-adjustable rotation speed, provided by brushless motors. It allows to perform pipe incision, straightening and cut, with the additional option to apply the conductive paste and taper the pipe’s end. The taping takes place together with the winding, and the reel is completely motorised and synchronised. The machine can work with a pipe diameter in between 4 and 10 mm and even D-section pipes, both adherent to the cells and detached.
