EdoRad is a pipe straightening and cutting machine, designed for copper, aluminum, or iron pipes with diameters from 4 to 8 mm. The system automatically straightens the pipe, measures it with precision, and cuts it to the required length using orbital rotating blades, ensuring tolerances of ±1mm over 10m. Simple to use, the operator only needs to set the desired length and quantity, with manual intervention required only for coil changes and general supervision. Pipe separation and strong clamping guarantee accuracy and consistency. High productivity is achieved thanks to brushless motors, reaching speeds of up to 90 mt/min. A standard pipe collection tank is available, with custom solutions possible to suit specific production needs.
