Product overview The ST215W is a compact stripping machine designed for single wires and coaxial cables with small cross sections. It supports micro-coax and Teflon/Kapton-coated cables and includes a way-back function to improve stripping quality.

Innovative wayback function The way-back function enhances stripping consistency when processing wires with larger cross-section tolerances. Blade rotation can be disabled during insulation pull-off to prevent strand twisting, ensuring controlled insulation removal for delicate conductors.

High precision Insulation is removed by cutting with rotating blades and strip-off in one operation. The compact rotary cutting head permits very short outer jacket stripping lengths while avoiding damage to conductors or dielectrics. An infinitely adjustable centering unit aligns the cable to the cutting blades, removing operator influence and enabling use in high-end applications including aerospace.

Adjustable parameters The centering unit is infinitely adjustable. Rotation/twisting time and direction are configurable to match different materials. Diameter and length adjustments offer infinitely variable, fine-scaled resolution for precise repeatability.
