Various applications
The MoldLine 850 BASIC is a low-pressure potting machine for dosing and molding hotmelt polyamides and compatible thermoplastics on technical components. It provides electrical insulation and mechanical protection and is designed for productive operation in medium batch sizes across automotive, electronics and sensor industries.

High quality in molding
Parts are accurately positioned and clamped in the tool before the machine performs the process: automatic tool closing, nozzle positioning at the molding channel and controlled material dosing into the mold area. Temperature sensors and process monitoring ensure consistent quality and reproducible molding results.

Premium hotmelt materials
The machine processes hotmelt polyamides (PA) and thermoplastics (TPE, TPU) offering fast curing, strong adhesion, compatibility with various substrates and resistance to elevated temperatures for durable protection in demanding environments.

High efficiency with sliding table
The system consists of a melting unit and a molding station. One tool upper half is fixed while two lower halves are mounted on an integrated sliding change table. The movable table allows unloading/loading of parts while the machine processes the other tool, enabling continuous operation and short cycle times suitable for series production.

High safety for operators
