Preparations for cable productionA tension-relieved unwinder feeds two-core wire into the line and stores defined fiber length in a buffer. Unwinding speed is controlled as required and product-specific wire lengths are cut and prepared at the first station.
Intuitive user interfaceThe touch-screen control provides an intuitive multi-language interface with selectable user roles and operating modes. Network functions support integration into modern production environments and simplify recipe and process management.
High safety for the operatorOperator protection is ensured by monitored safety devices. Opening safety doors interrupts the electrical safety circuit and stops all motors. The machine complies with applicable European directives for machinery, electrical safety and EMC.
