Description

THE PROFILING MACHINE FOR VENTILATION WORK FLEXIBLE AND COST-EFFICIENT. THE SZP. The sheet metal used to make ventilation ducts need to be strengthened in order to prevent undesirable vibration. The Z-form has proved the optimum solution here. The SZP profiling machine allows simple and rational reinforcement of sheets in widths from 2000 mm to a maximum of 3000 mm. A low-noise gear motor drives the lower profile rollers and ensures a high throughput speed of 20 m/min. Benefits Extra-long and extremely strong in ventilation engineering Straight-line profiling of blanks without distortion Uniform profiling height over the entire working width High throughput speed of 20 m/min. Practical: Fold can be produced even after profiling SZP 200 The SZP 200 profiling machine has a working length of 2000 mm. Steel sheets up to 1.50 mm can be processed without any problems. SZP 250 The SZP 250 profiling machine has a working length of 2500 mm. Steel sheets up to 1.50 mm can be processed without any problems. SZP 310 The SZP 310 profiling machine is extra long at 3100 mm. Steel sheets up to 1.50 mm can be processed without any problems.
