The CT 30 ST Pneumatic Crimping Machine is designed for loose-piece crimping applications. The crimping dies remain parallel throughout the crimping process. This provides a more precise crimp and enables processing of closed barrel terminals and hex crimps. The crimp head delivers up to 14 kN (1.6 tons) of force for open and closed barrel applications including wire end ferrules. The ergonomic 15-degree tilt of the machine provides an optimal viewing angle of the crimping area for safe operation. The CT 30 ST is very simple to set up and operate and accepts all new Schleuniger die sets. Crimp terminals onto wir es up to 16 mm² (6 A WG) Accommodates all new Schleuniger male-fitting die sets for insulated & non-insulated closed barrel terminals, ferrules and butt splices and closed barrel terminals (It is not compatible with discontinued CT series female-fitting Schleuniger die sets)
