Description

All of the DKU and DGU Product ranges are available with short lead times, with high variability and with low costs of ownership through our modular building system that makes repairing and long term reliability possible. We are looking forward to receive your inquiries, questions and orders for our diaphragm pressure gauges. Function of our diaphragm pressure gauges A thin corrugated membrane is built-in between the two flanges of the diaphragm pressure gauges. If there is pressure applied on one side of the membrane it will deflect itself against the direction of the incoming pressure. This deflection of the diaphragm is a measure for the incoming pressure and is carried over to a gear segment onto the gear of the movement. Performance With these pressure gauge it is possible to measure a pressure of up to 40 bar positive and up to 1 bar negative. The display accuracy is at 1,6% or 2,5% of the upper range value but can be lowered for specialized applications. Specialized Properties Through the use of specialized material and protective coatings and foils e.g. PTFE, Tantallum or similar the diaphragm will be protected against aggressive mediums. The connection socket or flange can also be made from material such as 316Ti, HC22, PP, PVDF, PVC or similar materials that would be able to withstand all kinds of aggressive mediums. Application purposes Diaphragm pressure gauges with open measuring flange are especially well suited for viscous, crystallizing and mediums that carry solid particles. Diaphragm pressure gauges can be easily protected against overpressure. Diaphragm and connection made of stainless steel Bayonet lock case made of stainless steel
