The Circular Notchmaster lines with spider automation are especially designed for blank manufacturing and come with a diameter of up to 1,000mm. In terms of the line bass, this is formed by notching presses with servo indexing device and the use of a revolving transfer method for workpiece feeding. Next, users can equip the unit with one or two notching presses and service hole punching, independent of the part families being manufactured.
The pick-up of the blank from the stack is a fully automated process, while blanks are loaded into the notching press, being unloaded after notching as part of a continuous flow process. Loading and unloading take place in very short cycle times, while a stacking mandrel magazine is the preferred method for destacking and unloading material.
