Our chain conveyor is equipped with a solid steel frame that permits easy movement of heavy loads such as Euro pallets. A particular highlight is the use of accumulation roller chains, which can accumulate heavy loads with little friction. This results in less wear and tear and significantly reduces the accumulation pressure. The chain conveyor is extremely versatile and can even be used in oily environments, as the power transmission is positive-locking. Thanks to the chain return within the tubular frame, we can realise lower overall heights while at the same time ensuring comprehensive protection against interference. The product is also suitable for transporting cupped containers, which can be transported without twisting. The containers can be loaded and unloaded easily using pallet trucks and forklifts, as the chain conveyor has at least two tracks. This flexibility makes our machine the ideal solution for a wide range of industrial applications.
