Description

The EGU universal gripper from SCHUNK is ideal for flexible production processes starting from batch size 1, even in harsh environments. It can be freely networked and easily integrated into multi-variant production processes. With integrated gripping force maintenance and StrongGrip mode for increased gripping force, it is a reliable all-rounder for diverse handling tasks. The EGU offers a wide range of interfaces, including PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, IO-Link and Modbus RTU. Software integration is simple due to the supplied PLC function modules and plug-ins for leading robot manufacturers and does not require any additional gateways or programming workload.
