OverviewRocklabs pulverisers and mills are engineered to prepare samples and process a wide range of materials from 1 g up to 10 kg for subsequent instrumental analysis or wet chemistry. Depending on the model and configuration, they can produce final particle sizes down to -75 µm while minimising cross-sample contamination.
Models- Rocklabs RM1000: processes 1 g–1 000 g. Clamping options include an air-cushion pneumatic chuck or a RotoClamp mechanical chuck.
- Rocklabs RM2000: processes 200 g–1 500 g. Two-handed head clamp operation; optional pneumatic lifter assists head positioning for loading/unloading.
- Continuous ring mill: designed for large samples from 1 kg to 10 kg. Available as single-head for coarse comminution or two-stage configuration for finer product. Can be integrated into an RSD with multiple outlet split configurations.
- ABM3000 batch mill: unattended batch loading up to 30 samples. Multiple head sizes, materials and configurations available. Features touchscreen, PLC control, automatic sand wash, compressed-air blow-off and extraction for automated inter-sample cleaning.
