The excavated debris hoppers are specially designed to vertically store debris for removal by trucks. They are often used in conjunction with a drop-bottom skip and an alignment cone.

Capacity
50 to 125 m3. Other capacities on request. The base section of the hopper is the same for all capacities. The capacity is determined by adding a collar for increased height.
Opening cross-section
The large 1.3 m x 2.3 m opening makes truck loading operations easy and reduces the amount of spillage outside the dumper body.
Gate
The gate is suspended and features shock mountings to withstand the impact of falling debris. It consists of two horizontal panels operated by hydraulic cylinders.
Gate opening control
Operated from a cabled pushbutton panel.
Anti-clogging
Anti-clog coating on the tank’s pyramid base section.
Vibrators
Vibrators are located on the floating pyramid section to overcome arching.
AIRCHOC®
4 take-offs are provided on the pyramid section for attaching an AIRCHOC® air cannon.
