Product overviewJetstream Tooling® M-Clamp toolholders incorporate high-pressure coolant channels directly into the toolbody. Coolant flows through the 3D-printed coolant clamp with an additional flank outlet (DUO JET), providing targeted coolant at the cutting zone for larger inserts. The result is longer tool life, improved chip control and better surface finishes when machining hard-to-cut materials like stainless steels and superalloys.
Optimized coolant flow with 3D printed clampOur additive-manufactured (AM) coolant clamp is positioned at a safe distance from the cutting edge to deliver high-pressure coolant precisely where needed. The AM clamp design maximizes tool life, improves surface finish and provides better chip control at high cutting depths. The clamp’s robust construction resists chip hammering, reducing clamp wear and instability.
Double security for both negative and positive insertsThe JETI M-Clamp toolholders provide double clamping security for negative inserts and round positive inserts by combining a top clamp with a center-lock screw. This increases insert stability and rotational security, lowering the chance of movement and improving reliability under demanding machining conditions.
Faster insert changes with twist function and smart indexingThe JETI M-Clamp uses the same key size for both the clamp and the insert screw. The twist function of the top clamp allows it to be rotated away for easier insert indexing, reducing setup time and minimizing downtime during high-volume machining.
