Industrial shredder twin shaft, electric or hydraulic shredders of the Stokkermill's D-HD range is an extremely flexible solution for shredding and volumetric reduction of multiple types of materials, processing residues, industrial waste and as a primary shredder in material recovery processes for energy transition activities. D-HD shredders feature a gearbox for each shaft ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability in the most demanding industrial processes. The design of the blades and the control of the processing parameters allow proper control of the size of the output material. D-series shredders, if required, can be equipped with a grading grid of varying size depending on the quality of the materials and the size required. The D-HD series of shredders consists of 5 models with electric drives of variable power from 11 to 150 kw. The blades of the D-HD shredder are made in standard configuration or with an insert (starting with the D 40 model) to facilitate replacement activities of the cutting part. The 2-shaft shredders of the D-HD series are available in special execution with rotor lengths up to 2500 mm and variable power ratings upon specific request of the end user.
