Cable granulators TURBOFLEX series are equipped with a cell refiner downstream of the grinding mill and are available in two models. The presence of the turbo cell refiner allows the processing of small-diameter cables (including telephone cables and data cables or capillaries) without changing the screen, perform costly manual activities to separate the material to be treated. Cable granulator TURBOFLEX can be equipped with a Zig-Zag system for the separation of the rigid cable. Particularly robust and reliable, they allow to process of copper, aluminum and copper-aluminum radiators thanks to the robust grinding mills with 3 rotating blades. All the grinding mills installed in the granulators of the TURBOFLEX series are obtained from processing a single steel block without welded parts. The generously sized engines allow to overcome unexpected loads, guaranteeing uniformity of operation and extremely low energy consumption. Cable shredder TURBOFLEX do not require forced cooling systems thanks to the generous sizing of all process components, transport pipes and material dosing cyclones. Cable shredder TURBOFLEX granulators can be connected to the pre-shredder of the PS or CRS series through a conveyor NST series in order to create a complete recycling plant.
