DESCRIPTION The depositor-dispenser machine is designed to deposit or wire-cut various pieces of dough to produce all sorts of cookies and pastries and place them in sheets of paper or directly in the tray. The machine is able to dispense puff pastry dough; in order to do that, it is necessary to use the pump nozzle that is available as an additional accessory. The machine is manufactured as a desktop piece of equipment, and it is supplied with a mould with all the dispensing nozzles and another mould for wire cutting.
