RAILMAG® 60 EVO can be combined with a range of rigid rails and supports (magnetic, pneumatic or mechanically fixed). Motorised slides can be connected in plug and play. They allow a precise positioning of the tool remotly and also weaving motion. Several software options extend the carriage’s functions: weaving, program recording (JOB), cycle programming… Focus on the « teaching » option: This is a specific option for the TRACKMAG® and the RAILMAG® carriages. It enables the user to teach crossing points to record a trajectory before welding. This option allows to compensate track misalignment or to follow a non-continuous linear joint.
