Description

Servisteel 470S Microprocessor-controlled, multi-process welding inverter compact or with separate wire feeder suitable for MIG/MAG (manual, synergic, pulsed if option taken), TIG-DC (continuous) and MMA welding. An intuitive and easy to use control panel fitted with 2 digital display, shows all the welding parameters. In synergic MIG/MAG welding, the microprocessor ensures easy and quick setting of the programs thus always guaranteeing optimal arc stability and high welding quality. MIG-MAG features: continuous – pre-set synergic curves – storage of custom welding settings – 2T/4T, spot function selection – pre-post gas time regulation – electronic inductance, soft start, burn back time, hot start, slope down, crater filler. TIG DC features: lift arc – continuous welding – 2T/4T – Current, final current up/down slope regulation. MMA features – antisticking – adjustable hot start and arc force. Ideal for professional use, medium-light workshop, metallic furnishings fabrication, industrial and automotive bodyshop, shipbuilding and piping. Thanks to an excellent arc control you can obtain high quality deposition. The user can save and recall more then 200 working point and to store them in a customized JOB LIST. Easy to update thanks to USB interface. For models Servisteel-Puls 470-500, from the separate wire-feeder the user can set all the parameters up to a distance of 50 meters from the power source.
