MACFUGE systems are ideal for heavy-duty applications: they continuously remove impurities, such as solid particles and water, from combustible and lubricating oils. The modular composition allows you to choose the most suitable accessories to make the process more efficient and automated:

Lubricating and hydraulic oil
The MACFUGE "turnkey" system is designed to preserve the processes that use mineral oil, removing contamination from water and particles. Installed on offshore platforms, power plants and heavy industry plants, MACFUGE systems guarantee excellent performance and long-term operation of all turbomachinery and equipment.

Liquid fuels
In the maritime field the MACFUGE centrifuges allow treatment of both marine diesel oil (MDO) and heavy fuel oil (HFO), lowering pollutant levels within legal requirements and increasing fuel quality.

Scrubber water
MACFUGE centrifuges purify the water used for the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) circuit, removing soot and other contaminants to make treated water discharge into the sea compliant with Marine Environment Protection Committee requirements.

Slop oil and sludge oil
The MACFUGE system reduces the volume of these wastes to a minimum, recovering most of the still usable oil and reducing disposal costs (incineration).

Process water
MACFUGE purifiers reduce pollution present in process water to meet stringent regulatory requirements, allowing reuse and reducing wastewater volume.

Deck drain and bilge water
Offshore platforms and ships generate contaminated water that must be treated before sea discharge; MACFUGE centrifuges enable on-site treatment to meet legal parameters.

Oil industry
The production of heavy crude oil (HCO) is increasing and purification to make it usable can be accomplished with a MACFUGE system, removing solid particles and water while limiting the use of chemical additives and thermal energy.
