Standard DK-TPE grommets in black thermoplastic elastomer are halogen-free. TPE is a thermoplastic elastomer with exceptional rubber-like properties that can be used as a replacement for PVC in applications requiring greater resistance to high and low temperatures and offering greater flexibility and elasticity.
They are available in different series:
> DK-TPE with hole
> DKF-TPE with blind hole (with membrane to perforate)
> DKP-TPE (with perforated membrane)
Operating temperatures: -50 to +125°C
Shore A hardness: 55 +/- 5
Breaking strength: > 4.5 MPa
Ultimate elongation: > 300
Dielectric strength: 35 kV/mm
Flame resistance: HB UL94
