The Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV) Driver is a precision control device designed to operate electronic expansion valves (EEVs). By driving the step motor within the expansion valve, it adjusts refrigerant flow according to control signals from the system controller, ensuring stable and efficient operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
1. Precise Step Motor Control: Accurately controls the step motor for precise valve opening and closing, ensuring optimal refrigerant flow regulation.
Supported Motor Types includes Unipolar step motors [Models: XV5-(B, M and Bipolar step motors [Model: XV6-M]
2. Accurate Valve Position Control: Provides high-precision open and close position management, ensuring consistent refrigerant flow and stable system performance.
3. Advanced Signal Conversion and Processing: Converts analog input(4–20 mA, 0–10 V) signals from the controller into motor control signals, enabling precise expansion valve adjustments. (up to 12-bit resolution for precise analog signal conversion)
