The industrial ladle transfer trolley, also known as ladle transfer trolley, used in foundries is a special vehicle used for transporting molten metals and performing casting processes. These carts are designed to withstand high temperatures and are built to carry heavy loads safely and effectively. Our cart is designed to withstand high temperatures up to 1400°C and is powered by a battery powered energy supply system. Providing a transport speed of 60 m/min when loaded, the vehicle offers a stable transport process with its rail wheels. On-cart ladle transport and tipping circle enables controlled transfer and pouring of melted metals. Safety equipment such as flashing warning lights and an 85 dB siren guarantee maximum safety during operation. This CE-certified ladle transfer cart is designed to work efficiently on level ground in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Thanks to the rail steering mode, we have optimised the operational processes of foundries by providing precise mobility.
