Description

In response to the need for a loading system that can withstand high temperatures, we designed an oven loading trolley with a carrying capacity of 35 tons that can operate at ambient temperatures of up to 600°C. This tailor-made solution was developed in response to our customer’s request to make the transfer process of coil sheets safer and more efficient. With 18 m/min travel speed and 3-axis mobility, the oven loading trolley provides operational speed and accuracy with its automatic oven positioning feature. While offering a stable transportation process with rail wheels, maximum safety is ensured during operation with advanced safety measures such as flashing warning lights and 85 dB siren sound. The energy supply is realized through the cable drum and offers easy operation with the control panel. Designed for indoor conditions and high temperatures, this CE-certified rail loading cart is tailor-made to optimize our customer’s operational processes. High safety standards, precise positioning and powerful handling capacity ensure a solution that is both safe and efficient. This project is another example of our expertise in developing engineering solutions tailored to specific needs.
