The
C-MEM™ MBR is a membrane bioreactor with advanced ultrafiltration based on PFAS-free HDPE hollow fiber membranes. With a pore size of 0.02 μm, the system reliably removes up to 99.9999% (log 6) of bacteria, viruses, helminth eggs, and suspended solids. The membrane modules are installed in closed cartridges for low-maintenance operation, long service life, and fast cartridge replacement. Filtration is carried out in an outside-in configuration at low transmembrane pressure. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be scaled for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment and water reuse.
Product Features:- Outside-in filtration with low transmembrane pressure (TMP)
- Closed cartridge design for low-maintenance operation
- Fast, individual cartridge replacement
- Energy-efficient membrane cleaning using combined air and water scouring
- In-situ cleaning system (CIP) without removal of membrane modules
- Permanently hydrophilic membrane surface with anti-fouling properties
- High mechanical stability for demanding operating conditions
- High resistance to aggressive oxidizing cleaning chemicals
- Max. free chlorine (25 °C): 5,000 ppm (pH 9.5)
- Max. total chlorine contact: 1.0 million ppm·h cumulative
- Modular design for easy scaling and system adaptation
- PFAS-free. The C-MEM™ technology does not release per- or polyfluorinated chemicals during manufacturing or operation. It already complies with potential EU PFAS regulations and provides long-term planning security.
- Removal of particulate turbidity, bacteria, viruses, helminth eggs, and suspended solids up to 99.9999% (log 6), while dissolved substances such as minerals are retained.
