Operational Notes & Q&A
Some laminates may show a temporary hazy appearance due to adhesive wetting-out. Increasing nip temperature to 40–50°C and maintaining precise dosing gap settings typically resolves haze; clarity often improves within a 24‑hour curing period. Recommended curing windows: 12–24 hours at 35–45°C before slitting/cutting; allow 48–72 hours for full polymerization to reach complete food-contact compliance. Machine can produce retort-grade laminates when used with appropriate retort adhesives and precise tension control. For maintenance, advanced models offer automatic washing cycles; flush mixing head and rollers with suitable cleaning agents within 20–30 minutes after extended downtime to avoid adhesive curing in the system.
