The PHD-99S two-wire pH transmitter features automatic recognition of pH standard solutions and automatic temperature compensation, making it compatible with the majority of manufacturers’ analog pH sensors.
In 2013, it received Ex Db IICT6 Gb explosion-proof certification and IP66 protection rating certification. In 2023, it obtained Ex iaII CT6 Ga intrinsic safety certification, making the product safer for use in high-explosion-risk environments such as oil, chemicals, and pharmaceutical intermediates.
In 2023, the company officially joined the HART Foundation and acquired the official HART user guide and toolkit. Currently, the HART functionality of the PHD-99S product has been further upgraded to HART version 7.5.
Feature
Intelligent instrument. Through two buttons calibration and parameter setting, check the performance parameters of the electrode, easy to operate.
Backlit LCD displays pH (mV), temperature, and output percentage.
24VDC two-wire system, output 4-20mA corresponding range can be set arbitrarily.
Manual/automatic temperature compensation, PT100/PT1000 temperature sensor can be switched on site by setting.
Calibration and parameter adjustment, through the key operation; The magnetic bar can be used outside the shell for flameproof occasions, which is safer and more reliable.
