High temperature air blower adopts advanced research and development software for finite element analysis and flow channel optimization design; In terms of material selection, fully consider the creep strength, ultimate strength, and ultimate plasticity of the material; In terms of thermal expansion design, full consideration is given to the thermal expansion of the casing, the thermal expansion of the shaft seal, the clearance fit between the air inlet and the impeller, the fit tolerance between the impeller and the main shaft, and the linear expansion problem of the main shaft; In terms of heat dissipation, fully consider the heat dissipation of bearings and shaft seals; Consider slow turning device design for shutdown of large F-type high-temperature air blower.
