While having a compact, sturdy stainless-steel housing to grant robustness, resistance to humidity and vibration, PGD100 is leveraging flanges and connections in a variety of geometries. The combination of ASME/EN remote seals design with the unique ABB All-Welded technology eliminates leakage risks during operation while ensuring perfect fit to any process. Overview The high visibility display with backlight option embeds easiness of use of the touch HMI through the Easy Set up feature, a firmware option to easily configure device parameters from the display itself. ABB’s unique technologies like Diaflex (anti-abrasion) or H-Shield (anti hydrogen permeation) add to the long list of advanced materials (e.g., Tantalum, Duplex, PFA, etc.) to deliver top-level performances even in case of demanding applications.
