The plough shear mixer is formed circular chamber,driving mechanism, plough s hears, discharging vent & other devices. Plough shears inside mixer are rotating with the main axial so that the materials along with the cylinder cantilever radial circumferential turbulence, at the same time the radial materials through shear group, was scattered by the high speed shear, constant alternation, compound, the materials are mixed uniformity in short time. Main Features (1). It is in high speed for cutting, crushing, blending the materials; (2). It is with attractive appearance under advance processing technology, there is smaller gap between the plough shear and chamber. (3). Main shaft seal with PETP and air-purged, double seal. (4). It can be added with heating or cooling jacket device if necessary. (5). Full stainless steel construct except bearing parts, very elegant and generous.
