Product overview
PVC self-adhesive vinyl with a double PE-coated release liner is engineered for applications requiring excellent liner flatness and consistent converting. The double PE coating reduces moisture-induced curling during printing, storage and handling. Available in monomeric and polymeric PVC films with water-based or solvent-based adhesive options suitable for advertising graphics, decals and signage.

How to choose

• Choose PVC type: monomeric for flat, short-term applications; polymeric for more demanding outdoor or vehicle applications
• Select adhesive system and permanence (water-based vs solvent-based; permanent vs removable) based on substrate and service life
• Consider adhesive color for backing contrast where graphics require it
• For vehicle graphics, prefer polymeric PVC and air-egress liner options for easier application
• Confirm printer and ink compatibility with solvent, eco-solvent, latex or UV systems

How to use

• Print graphics and allow inks to dry fully
• Clean the application surface of dust, oil and moisture
• Cut vinyl to required size
• Peel back a small section of the PE-coated release liner
• Position the vinyl and apply gradually with a squeegee from the centre outward
• Smooth out air bubbles or wrinkles and trim excess, pressing edges firmly
