Continuous welder ● Application Mainly applied to automatic welding tab and adhesive tab protection tape for digital/dynamic cylindrical/prismatic battery. ● Function Features 1. Compatible with indirect & non-indirect coating with materials. Protected tape were stuck by coil-coil. 2. Can realize multi-tabs weld. Tape on both side ,tape on mal-position. 3.Electrode recoil module is provided with an auto correction device and auto cleaning device towards iron powder and dust before recoiling; 4.Modular design with flexible combination, operation conveniently, maintenance simple. 5. Welder ,length of tab, distance are all adjustable; 6. Moved welding, 2 to 6 times on the same tab; Optional Functions： 1.Optional matched module, CCD detection for quality of taping, failed electrodes will be marked automatically; 2. Optional matched module for Tabs cutting round corner function. 3. Optional matched module for multi- group welding & multi- group taping.
