THB20 Transparent Paper Packer Unit can be connected with handkerchief paper packaging machine, or used separately. It mainly used for transparent film packaging, which can be changed according to users’ needs, including packaging specifications, such as size, namely, stacking package packet into strips to make the packaging beautiful and avoid moisture. Compared with the same type of machines, it has adjustable speed, stable performance and cost-effective characteristics. It is the ideal equipment for paper packaging and other packaging. THB20 is controlled by SIEMENS S7-200PLC with high degree of automation. It has maximum packing speed -— 30 strips /min with neat package and beautiful appearance. Mechanical system adopts carn-rocker mechanisrn and overload protection brake mechanism, which can make the machine stable, safe, reliable and easy to maintain. Main transmission group adopts continuously variable transmission and packing speed system to adjust the speed within a certain range. Interactive interface adopts TIWAN HITECH 7.5” -sized TFT multicolor touch-screen to operate and display, which can be easily operated. It also has autornatic tracing and alarm system. The fault cause can be displayed through the touch- screen. Fault location can be quickly found to debugging in time. Aviation plugs are adopted in Electrical parts for easy connection. Comparing with the same type of machines, it has intelligent detection systern, good packing, cost-effective quality etc... It can produce mini-pack and standard—pack and is easy to switch 2*3 to 3*6 arrangement mode.
