Description
MPS-40G0122 pressure sensor is an all-silicon structure MEMS pressure sensor, which can achieve accurate measurement of ambient temperature -40℃~125℃ and pressure 0-40kPa; it can provide accurate voltage output linearly related to external input pressure. This sensor adopts SOP-6 package to meet SMT requirements.
