The HUT series is a servo-controlled hydraulic device with 4 or 6 columns. The series can hold 200 kN, 300 kN, 500 kN, 600 kN, 1000 kN and 2000 kN. The test space of the series are tension on top and compression on bottom. The typical specimens are made of fastiners, rebar, chain, welds and castings. To adjust the test space, the lead screw consist of a driven crosshead. While the device produces a reliable, stable, precise load, the 6-column load frame incorporates the 3-position crosshead.
