Overview
The YX40018A is a 3.92-inch square TFT LCD display module with 320×320 RGB resolution. It supports selectable MCU 8080 or 4-wire SPI interface via IM0–IM2, enabling flexible integration in embedded platforms. Driven by the ST7796U IC and equipped with a 10‑LED white backlight, the module delivers stable image performance, All O'Clock viewing direction and a compact outline suited to industrial control, medical devices, POS terminals, handheld instruments and embedded HMI.
