With five part designs, our RSOOO compact seals are used as Compact piston seals for double-acting cylinders with a maximum pressure of 35MPa. RSOOO has an NBR ring with 3 sealing lips in the middle; Elastomer has an good sealing effect in both dynamic and static conditions.2 polyester elastomer back up rings to reduce the allowable clearance on both sides;back up ring prevent the elastomer be extruded into the sealing gap. 2 POM ring as a guide.the role of the guide ring is to help the piston in the cylinder guide and absorb the radial force. it mainly used in hydraulic cylinders as a piston seal. As shown in the design, the sealing operation is performed by an NBR ring.
