OverviewThe SALD-2300 is a laser diffraction particle size analyzer designed for broad industrial and research applications. It preserves data continuity with SALD2000/2100/2200 models and adds functions for evaluating changes in particle size distribution with respect to concentration and time, enabling studies of dispersion, aggregation and dissolution.
Features- Wide applicability: With the SALD-MS23 sampler the wet measurement range is 17 nm to 2500 μm, allowing analysis from PSL 50 nm up to 2 mm stainless balls with a single instrument.
- High sensitivity / high concentration: Supports particle concentration measurements from 0.1 ppm to 20% (wet), enabling evaluation of distribution changes across concentration ranges.
- Time-resolved measurement: Capable of series measurements of up to 200 data points at minimum 1 second intervals for monitoring temporal changes.
- Data management: Compatible with LabSolutions SALD and LabSolutions network system to support data integrity and regulatory (ER/ES) requirements.
- Multiple cells & conversion options: Supports high-concentration cell, flow cell, batch cell, cyclone injection dry unit (SALD-DS5) and conversion between wet and dry systems.
