Overview
The Hydroclear is a lightweight side-to-side sheeting system for rigid bulk transport bodies, tipping trailers and walking floor trailers. This simple, automated tarpaulin solution is easily retrofitted and is ideal for heaped loads, providing a watertight seal and excellent heat retention.

Operation
The system uses straps and reliable hydraulic motors to guide and secure a PVC tarpaulin across the full range of truck bodies, trailers and agricultural farm trailers. It is a fast and safe ground-level covering system designed to operate efficiently from ground level and to comply with health and safety requirements.

Warranty & maintenance
The Hydroclear range has long market presence in the UK (over 20 years) and comes with industry-leading warranty coverage: 4 years warranty on parts and labour (sheets carry a 1 year warranty; straps are considered wearing parts and are excluded from warranty). Tarpaulins are manufactured in-house to exact specifications and build records are kept for each body/trailer for ease of replacement.

Replacement parts & support
Replacement parts and tarpaulins are stocked for quick availability. Tarp records are maintained for all builds to facilitate timely replacement and service.
