Overview
The Sidewinder is a hydraulic sheeting system designed for bulk-haulage trailers. It supports efficient covering and uncovering operations while allowing hinges to be mounted to one side only, leaving the opposite side clear for loading operations.

Painted steelwork and corrosion protection
Shur-Co® painted steelwork follows an industry-leading 6-point paint process to ensure durable coating and colour retention. Process steps include:

• Adhesive stripped
• Shot blasted
• Degreased
• Coated with zinc rich primer
• Barrier protective primer applied for enhanced corrosion protection
• Final coating applied to meet GSB standard, Qualicoat Class 1

Health and safety / Compliance
Fastening and tarpaulin securing devices are designed to enable quick and safe covering from ground level, supporting compliance with current health and safety legislation. The system minimises manual handling and reduces time spent on the trailer roof.

Compatibility and fitment
Suitable for walking floor trailers and ejector trailers. The design permits hinge mounting to one side only, keeping the opposite side unobstructed for loading and unloading operations.
