Short descriptionVIBRA™ heads are friction-weld strapping heads for fully automatic PET and PP strapping systems, compatible with strap widths from 9 to 32 mm. The vibration sealing (friction weld) preserves strap characteristics while providing high sealing efficiency and no toxic fumes.

Key featuresVIBRA™ S: medium and light-duty applications (beverage, paper, corrugated, logistics). Compatible with PET and PP, strap widths 10–16 mm. Available with powder clutch or inverter for strap launch/recovery speeds up to 6 m/s.
VIBRA™ S+: for construction, wood and metal sheet industries; for PET and PP straps 16–19 mm wide. Delivers higher tension for straps up to 1.27 mm thickness and elevated ultimate strength.
VIBRA™ M: electromechanical solution for light to medium duty and low-maintenance areas. Supports PET and PP straps 10–19 mm wide.
VIBRA™ MAX: designed for very heavy-duty applications, achieving performances comparable to steel strapping using PET straps 25 or 32 mm wide. Individual AC motor drives remove the need for clutches and simplify maintenance.
