Description

AUTOMATIC LINE FOR SHOVELS model "TTS/180" Automatic line for the production of straight and slightly curved shovel handles with variable diameter.The line is composed of 2 machines: one double cutting machine and one cnc rod milling machine complete with an heading machine. The rough square bars, are manually placed into the loader that feeds one piece behind the other towards the 2 circular blades that cut every bar to the same length. After this procedure every bar is automatically loaded in the milling machine where according with the selected program the bar will be milled and then headed.
